Our Mission

To transit students and young professionals into “Active Agents of Change” of their home country by providing opportunities to interchange skill and knowledge of foreign business practice and exchange diverse cultures and languages through proactive advice, responsive service and operational excellence.

What We Do

We are a U.S. search firm that recruits college students and recent graduates to place in the U.S. and Republic of Korea through Exchange Visitor Program in partnership with official training sponsors designated by local government authorities.

Through US Exchange Program, we recruit qualified young students and professionals to the U.S. work-based Exchange Visitor Program so that they can work, study language and travel.

We also place college students and recent graduates from English speaking countries* to the Republic of Korea as a foreign language instructor in public schools.

We search talent globally and place locally to reputable local organizations, acting on behalf of our partnered training sponsors who issue certificates of eligibility for USA Exchange Visitor J visas and for ROK E-2(Foreign Language Instructor) and F-4(Overseas Koreans)
